Hotel Bookings
you can come to me with a specific hotel/property in mind or I can show you options based on your budget and needs. if you already know exactly where you want to stay and the exact dates, I do not charge the consultation fee.
your hotel booking with me is prioritized above american express bookings meaning that if there’s a room for upgrade, you will be prioritized to get the room. Other VIP perks can include free breakfast, early check-in, late check-out, welcome amenities, credit to spend at the hotel, and more. I’ve had clients get extra VIP perks like free massages and private car services- so it really depends on the hotel.
for luxury hotels, you are more likely to receive more VIP perks. I sometimes have promotions for luxury hotels. I also book more affordable hotels at discounted rates. these bookings are not as likely to have VIP perks because of the steep discounts but it’s still possible.
Apartments & Homes
whether you want to stay in a luxury villa or a quaint apartment- I have you covered. I do not work with airbnb but I do work with companies that operate like airbnb.
DMC’s & Custom Itineraries
I work with DMC’s aka destination management companies. these companies specialize in the logistics with your stay and beyond. most DMC’s offer everything as a package. they can curate local experiences, ground transportation, event planning, dining experiences, your stay, etc.
Travel Insurance
I work with multiple travel insurance companies. however, I primarily work with faye. you can use my link: faye travel insurance to get a quote and purchase a policy that works for you.
Booking Process
email me at hannah.updegraff@fora.travel or make an inquiry here. I will send you an intake form to understand the type of trip you want whether it’s for a hotel, apartment, home, itinerary, travel insurance or all of the above. once you choose an option and complete the booking, I send you the confirmation and I am in communication with the DMC, property, or hotel to ensure your VIP perks.
Pricing
$100 consultation fee
this non-refundable fee covers your personal travel consultation, including destination guidance, hotel recommendations, and curating planning advice tailored to your needs.
if you proceed with a full booking through me, the planning fee may be credited back at my discretion.
fee is waived only if you know the exact dates & property you ‘d like.
